Cause is undetermined

A fire that started in the attic of a home at 1507 Karlann Drive in the Colorado Sierra Subdivision on Friday, February 6, caused the collapse of half of the roof, rendering the home “a total loss,” according to information from the Gilpin County Sheriff.
