Patricia J. Clark (Ress) was born in Denver on August 6, 1935 to her parents Millie and Arthur Ress. Arthur’s parents settled in Russell Gulch, CO in the mid-1880’s where five sons were born and raised. Patty’s father moved to north Denver in the 1920’s where Patty attended Denver Public Schools and classes at Denver University. Patty had five children, and her brother still lives in Denver.
She worked as the Executive Director of the Hemophilia Foundation of Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico. She loved politics and campaigned two times for the Colorado House of Representatives from Arvada, and came close to winning both times.
