Fathers and daughters enjoy a special night out

This years’ Father-Daughter Valentine’s Ball saw unicorns floating from the ceiling and balloons sprouting from tables adorned with colorful tablecloths and sweet Valentine treats. The Gilpin County Recreation Center hosted the annual event on Saturday, February 8, from 6-8 p.m. The evening started out on the right foot including a menu sure to please partygoers of all ages. Who doesn’t like pizza, caramel corn, cupcakes, and lemonade? Not this group!
