perintendent and Water Resource Engineer, a water utility distribution lead will

operate, maintain, and repair or contract the repair of water mains, service lines,

valves, pumps, and water-related appurtenances. This is the top level in the

Call for Nominations for School

Gilpin County School District RE-1

Gilpin County, Colorado

The Board of Education of Gilpin County

School District RE-1 in the County of

Gilpin, State of Colorado, calls for nomi-

nation of candidates for school directors

to be placed on the ballot for the regular

biennial school election to be held on

Tuesday, November 4, 2025. At this elec-

tion one director will be elected for a term

of office of two years and two directors

will be elected for a term of office of four

years. To be qualified, a candidate must

have been a registered elector of the

school district for at least 12 consecutive

months before the election. A person is

ineligible to run for school director if he or

she has been convicted of committing a

sexual offense against a child. A person

who desires to be a candidate for school

director shall file a written notice of

intention to be a candidate and a nomina-

tion petition signed by at least 25 eligible

electors who are registered to vote in

the regular biennial school election.

Beginning on July 30, 2025 nomination

25-07: An ordinance of the City

Council of the City of Central, Colo-

rado approving a Lease Agreement

with Option Agreement for certain

property commonly known as 103

Eureka Street with RM Central City

LLC, as Tenant and Option Holder.

Summary of Ordinance: The purpose

of this Ordinance is to lease the 103

Eureka Street to RM Central City LLC,

a Colorado limited liability company for

an initial one year term commencing on

October 1, 2025 with a renewal option

of an additional 12 months at RMCC’s

discretion, for a potential total of 24

months. The Lease Agreement provides

RMCC with an exclusive and conditional

option to purchase the Subject Property

during the term of the Option Agree-

ment, conditioned on the payment of an

option extension payment to the City.

The Purchase Option sets forth that the

purchase price of the Subject Property

at $475,000.00.
