The Gilpin County boys’ basketball team got off on the wrong foot in 2013, losing 38-33 to Denver Waldorf and 76-18 to 3rd ranked Vail Christian. The losses left Gilpin with a 1-9 record on the season and an 0-1 record in 5280 League play.
