Forget about ‘Love and Marriage.’ Gilpin Historical Society is planning a first-of-its-kind event that some would consider a ‘Love and Death’ extravaganza.
The event poster notes, ‘Not all love stories have a happy ending.’
Given the recent weather, the Valentine’s event may span multiple days. Dr. Forsyth noted, ‘Monte Lobo has very kindly let us use the stage on the top floor of their building for it.’
